Diagrama Foundation is a charity for those who are experiencing social difficulties, at risk of exclusion or who are similarly disadvantaged. The main objective of the Foundation is to promote the development of centres, programmes and research dedicated to the treatment and integration of those in social difficulty.

Dipped In Creativity Engagement (DICE) is a youth-led social enterprise, working primarily with 14- 30-year-olds in East London to increase mental health awareness and community well-being.
We use creativity in our skill-based workshops, social events and programmes to build on skills and connect young people to employment opportunities.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do and are incorporated into our work and approach: championing YOU, collaboration over competition, inclusivity, creativity, and co-production.

The Directions Project is a crime prevention, intervention and rehabilitation scheme aimed at young people at risk, hard to reach individuals, offenders, and ex-offenders. Our intervention is aimed both at prevention/deterring people away from crime and involvement in gangs, and reducing crime/the risk of re-offending by reintegrating offenders and ex-offenders back into society.

DVIP is a registered charity which aims to increase the safety of women, young people and children affected by and at risk from domestic abuse (DA) in London.

We offer the following range of services:
- Accredited violence prevention programme (VPP) for men who use violence and abuse in their relationships, open to self- referring men, court referrals and community organisations;
- Women-centred support group and 1-2-1 support services for women whose ex/partners are referred to our VPP;
- Therapy for children affected by DA;
- Young person's service for young people using abusive behaviours & parallel support service for parents/partners;
- Risk assessments for private and public law cases;
- Intervention and support services in Arabic to Arabic speaking communities;
- A DA and substance misuse treatment programme;
- Multi-agency DA training and consultancy.

Every year our services benefit approximately 1800 adults, young people and children.

Doorway Women's Services provides specialist support to sex workers and women who have experienced sexual exploitation and coercion. We recognise that women who experience multiple disadvantage and sexual violence face many barriers to accessing support due to stigma and predjudice and lack of understanding of the impact of trauma. Doorway provides gender and trauma informed intensive one to one holistic support and advocacy around identified needs, through the gate support, outreach services, drop-in, specialist Independent Sexual Violence Advisor service, safety and sexual health advice. Doorway Women's Service also provides tailored support around transition age 18-25yrs for young women who have experienced sexual violence and exploitation.

Dorset Advocacy helps people who face disadvantage to speak up, promote their rights, and play a full part in the life of their community. We achieve this by creating and supporting 1-1 advocacy partnerships in which the advocate may be a volunteer or paid member of staff, but is always trained and working to common standards. We provide the Appropriate Adult service for Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole.

Dorset Race Equality Council is explicit about tackling racial discrimination and our support for race equality. We are working in the community in Dorset in the following areas:
- Dealing with racial discrimination.
- Supporting victims of racial discrimination.
- Promoting good relations between persons of different racial groups.
- Gathering and monitoring racial incidence data in partnership with other agencies.
- Offering training to various organisation.

Drum and Brass works in prisons and through the gate developing progression paths in the arts for those with lived experience of the justice system.
We offer training, mentoring and paid roles to prison leavers as well as long-term links with the arts. Our work benefits the world of the arts and reduces the likelihood of reoffending.

Doing What Really Matters (DWRM) works with universities to offer a much wider range of degree courses than are currently available to students in prison. We focus on the provision of study materials, tuition and greater participation in a learning community so as to properly engage students.

As there is currently very limited support for prisoners on release, this tends to mean students are unable to complete their course or sit the required exams. We bridge that gap by providing post release support to enable students to attend university campus to complete their degree. We also provide specialist employability support and mentoring to people leaving prison.

East West Organization offers a unique choice of holistic interventions for the prevention, treatment and recovery from addictions and attachments. The charity also provide a range of educational and preventative services for children and adults including mindfulness meditation to deal with relapsing conditions, such as stress, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, pain and depression which can often lead to alcohol, illicit drug and medication dependency.

Support Network for user's and ex user's who are contemplating or have completed treatment at Thamkrabok Monastery in Thailand. We also provide preventative drug & alcohol education for adults and children.

We are a dynamic social enterprise based in the South West specialising in supporting people who are affected by drug and alcohol misuse. Working in the community and in prisons, we build clients Recovery Capital through our interventions and behaviour change services. We focus resources on enabling individuals to improve their lives and those of their families and communities.

We know it isn’t easy to seek help for drug and alcohol problems, and we try to make our services as welcoming and accessible as we can.

Elevating Success UK is a training and personal development company based in South London with a reach that extends across the capital. Established in November 2007, the organisation has charitable status and works with approximately 1400 individuals per year, consisting of children, young people and adults.

Our aim is to support individuals to achieve their full potential. Today we have six delivery areas: Employability Skills, Rehabilitating Offenders, Personal Development, Holiday Programmes, Community Development and Event Management.

Our training is free at the point of access with funding sources from a variety of organisations including local and central government, larger charities and a number of social housing providers who see the benefit of empowering their tenants to become economically independent.

Elmore Community Services aims to work with people with complex needs (including mental health) who do not easily fit into existing service provisions or who need support to access service provisions in their local community. We aim to identify gaps and barriers in current provision and create and implement models of working that address these issues. We work directly with people on the margins of society and aim to enable such individuals to have equal access to the basic rights of society.

Empower, education and personal development of the global African- Caribbean community from Cradle to Grave. Services fall into four main categories: Thriving Angels - focused on mental well being and creativity. Empathy Souls - various projects connected with women and children that have been impacted by the criminal justice system. Young Pioneers - 0-11 early intervention and activities to promote healthy cohesion with the use of music and dance. Guardian Angels- concentrating on the youth justice aspect of the community addressing what works and what needs development to engage the community and improve the outcomes for the youths.
Empathy Souls priority is outreach so collectively and with collaboration with partners can provide authentic cultural translation for the African-Caribbean Community aligning their strengths so they can for full their purpose.

Employment 4 All CIC is a social enterprise founded in 2021 to tackle social exclusion through inclusive employment. Under the leadership of Janine Alcantara, it supports disadvantaged and underrepresented people, including prison leavers, those with convictions, and individuals at risk of offending, to access meaningful, sustainable work. The organisation works with local authorities, charities, and employers to deliver tailored employability support, job-ready training, and mentoring. It also runs a dedicated Social Value Recruitment Platform, E4A Jobs (www.e4ajobs.com), which connects employers to diverse talent and helps them meet social value goals while supporting inclusive hiring. Through this combined approach of direct support and innovative recruitment, Employment 4 All has helped several thousand people into employment and continues to build fairer pathways into work for marginalised communities.
