Supporting information
Having successfully sourced a large number of sustained employment outcomes, we wanted to bring the same services and opportunities to the most disadvantaged in the community. This is short video: https://youtu.be/MGa1WWCtoQU which explains what we do. We believe in sharing our employer engagement and recruitment expertise to broker connections to individuals, work coaches, support workers and volunteers, who do not have the time or resources to source career and training opportunities for their service users. We also support charity, third sector organisations, local authorities and government partners to deliver on their mandated responsibilities, to create sustainable community legacies and employment. Our services are based on our belief that employment is a core pathway to a better life.
We pride ourselves on our kind and caring charitable heart with a business brain. Our approach is to maximise the social value for the individuals and communities we support.
