Rescue Restore Release is community interest company, working with young adults and their families who are at risk of offending and young adults who are currently in custody. Our aim is to reduce re-offending behavior, prevent criminal activities among young people by providing a holistic and supportive approach through working with specialist mentors. We aim to work with a focus on the positive integration of challenging young people from hard to reach communities.

Research in Practice for Adults work with local authorities and charities across the country, supporting them to access and apply evidence to improve practice, services and outcomes for adults, their families and carers.

Our evidence-informed approach gathers evidence from research and blends it with practice wisdom and the views and experiences of people accessing services. Bringing together these different sources of evidence creates a rich and relevant knowledge base. We then translate this knowledge into accessible tools, learning resources and training opportunities for professionals in adult social care.

Our national membership network of over 40 local authorities and national organisations helps to guide the topics we cover and ensures that our work reflects the current priorities and pressing issues of the social care sector. The learning resources that we offer are designed to equip professionals with the knowledge, skills and confidence to apply evidence in work.

We offer a range of restorative services to individuals, communities, neighbourhoods and organisations which includes: Conflict Coaching, Mediation and Restorative Justice to people experiencing conflict, harassment, discrimination, anti-social behaviour, crime.

Resource Creatives design, create and deliver diverse arts based interventions using restorative approaches and creative engagement techniques. We work with freelance creative professionals to deliver projects to adults, children & young people within the criminal justice sector or on the cusp of criminality.

Recent work includes:
- 9month art based project in a Female PIPE Approved Premises which culminated in a book of art, poetry, writing to be sent to all female prisons in early 2019.
- Delivery of a Serious and Organised Crime programme 'Liberate' across Lancashire to Probation Approved Premises, YOT's, schools and PRU's
- Making Positive Choices' workshops to support children and young people keeping away from gangs.
- Child on parent violence programmes to families for Cumbria OPCC & Restorative Solutions
- 'How to use Restorative Approaches in practice': creative training for recently trained RJ practitioners

Respect vision is to end violence and abuse in intimate partner and close family relationships. Its services include: support, resources and training to work with perpetrators of domestic violence, male victims of domestic violence and young people using abusive behaviour in close relationships; managing accreditation of perpetrator programmes; promoting knowledge of research about domestic violence and collaboration between researchers, practitioners and policy makers; influencing public policy. We deliver front line services in partnership with other agencies. Respect also runs the Respect Phone Line, a confidential helpline for domestic violence perpetrators, and the Men's Advice Line, a confidential helpline offering support, information and practical advice to male victims of domestic violence.

Respond operates Circles of Support and Accountability (COSAs) for people with learning disabilities who have displayed sexually harmful behaviour. The COSA aims to prevent sexual abuse by matching trained volunteers with the young person to reduce isolation and challenge risk factors.

Respond's COSA project works with adults and young people in London.

Restorative Change funded from the PCC and MOJ, created a non gendered, Domestic Abuse Program called Choices for Change, this is a therapeutic whole family program, that holds the children at the center.

The Aims and Benefits of this program are:
To aid families to build a whole family plan that includes the adults and children's voice.
To work within the prevention context by exploring generational, cyclical behavior and how this effects the whole family.

Choices for Change is non-gendered service, this means we work with male and female Harmer's. The programs are supported by other peripheral support, i.e. Harmer (perpetrator) Harmed (victims) group programs delivered by Heroes Rights. Floating support, children's programs and more.

Our program supports the following strategies:

Well-being of Future Generations, Violence Against Women and Girls, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (VAWDASV), Social Services and Well-Being, Prosperity for All, ACE's and others.

Restorative Gloucestershire (RG) is committed to promoting the use of restorative practice through facilitating RJ conferences, advising and supporting others to use and develop restorative skills.


Restorative Gloucestershire works with Restorative Solutions CIC to deliver joint project aims. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to participate in a restorative intervention, as needed, facilitated by a trained, skilled practitioner.

The Restorative Justice Council provides quality assurance and the national voice for the field of restorative practice

The RJC is the independent third sector membership body for the field of restorative practice. Our patron is HRH, the Princess Royal.

Our members are practitioners, training providers, organisations providing restorative practice across the country, and individual supporters. All RJC members receive monthly e-bulletins and quarterly newsletters, dedicated member-only resources and forums online, discounted entry to RJC events, and free telephone advice.

We provide quality assurance for the public through our work on best practice, standards and accreditation; our online national Trainers Register and Practitioner Register; and through our Practitioner and Trainer Codes of practice.

We are the national voice for restorative practice, advocating for the development of restorative practice with Government and providing information to the public.

The Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) International Institute is a charitable NGO with a mission to advance community cohesion and human rights. We redistribute power in a more equal way by delivering social justice projects, educational programmes and high quality volunteering opportunities to the most marginalised groups of society.

We do this by using the power of education, sports and art, as well as the practices (mediation, conferencing, circles, dialogue, workshops) and values of restorative justice including power sharing, fairness, equality, dignity and respect.

Restorative Solutions is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to enabling the use of innovative restorative approaches as a practical and cost-effective intervention for reducing harm or conflict.
We introduce restorative practices to organisations, volunteers and front line workers who are looking for a proven and worthwhile alternative to existing conventional approaches to reducing conflict, disputes, anti-social behaviour, bullying, crime and re-offending. We deliver bespoke, commissioned Restorative Justice services to organisations.

Restorative Thinking is a Social Enterprise. We work with Prison and Probation Services, PCCs and Youth Offending Services to implement and develop restorative ways of working. Our input ranges from restorative training and whole organisational culture change to delivery of our evidence-based restorative intervention programmes.

During COVID 19, we are looking for partners to develop a digital learning platform for our evidence-based restorative and relational intervention programmes.

RT is a restorative organisation, proud recipients of the RSQM and the TPQM.

Recent projects include:

1) HMPPS funded pilot to rigorously test restorative practice as a means of fostering inclusive residential environments in Approved Premises (Midlands, NE Divisions)
2) County wide delivery of restorative domestic abuse perpetrator programme (Cumbria PCC), independent evaluation available on request.

To promote the rehabilitation and resettlement of offenders and ex- offenders by providing advice and guidance to assist them to re-adjust to society and prevent returning to crime; advancement of education and training and to provide housing.

We grew from a social enterprise founded in 2014, Prosper 4 Group (P4G) supporting employment for ex-offenders. Resume now promotes employment, enterprise, and self-employment, and we concentrate on marginalised people; or, promote “inclusive employment”. We genuinely pursue collaboration with other charities and actively seek cooperative working - which we see as different to the norm. Our goal is to accelerate the social impact of other causes by helping their clients progress to desired sustainable employment or start a new enterprise.
Currently, we run two programmes:
 “Project Venture” a self-employment programme focused on supporting ex-offenders to start their own small businesses as entrepreneurs (we have re-named it this year from “Project Re-MAKE”, as Venture inspires more opportunity); and,
 “Bridge of Hope” an inclusive employment project - (see: https://resumefoundation.org.uk/pf/the-bridge-of-hope/) promoting employment for marginalised people.

Rethink Mental Illness is a charity that believes a better life is possible for millions of people affected by mental illness. We run services and support groups across England that change people's lives, and we challenge attitudes about mental illness. We provide expert, accredited advice and information, including free resources.

Revolving Doors Agency works with partners to change systems and improve services for individuals with multiple, complex needs and poor mental health who are in repeat contact with the criminal justice system.

Our ambition is that anyone experiencing the revolving door of crisis and crime receives effective support to reach their potential, with fewer victims of crime and safer communities as a result.

We do not deliver services to individuals but provide independent consultancy services to commissioners, providers and policymakers applying our systemic understanding of the 'revolving door' problem. We help partners develop practical solutions to meet local needs based on sound evidence and the involvement of service users.

In supporting our partners we draw on our respected position and our extensive network of influence extending from Whitehall to the town hall and engagement with national and local agencies including the police, probation, local authorities and the NHS.

Rhondda Hub for Veterans has been set up to assist in rebuilding Veterans'/ ex-offenders' lives by promoting healthier lifestyles and providing suitable sustainable accommodation. Whilst the hub ex service is based in the Rhondda Valleys housing can be provided outside the area. By providing suitable accommodation it is hoped that there will be continuity, sustainable employment opportunities, improved quality of life and a reduction in re-offending. This service is prioritised for Veterans/ex-offenders with a connection to Wales.

Rhubarb Farm is a horticultural social enterprise supporting vulnerable people with multiple and complex needs - ex-offenders, recovering drug and alcohol misusers, people with mental and physical ill health, with physical and learning disability, school students and older people. We call everyone volunteers as that recognises the contribution of their work to the enterprise - growing vegetables and fruit, carpentry, arts and crafts and cookery. 60% of our staff started as volunteers including 2 ex-offenders. We have employed 12 ex-offenders in 10 years. We operate peer-mentoring, run a variety of training courses, including ASDAN qualifications. We run a weekly Community Cafe, a Community Pantry, and a Know Your Food Project. We have a Garden Maintenance team and a Men in Sheds project. Volunteers can get involved in anything on site. We take people on probation and newly released from prison. Our main purpose is to help people change their lives for the better.

Ribcaged Productions is a theatre company where people enjoy, perform and experience learning in the creative arts. We believe that by engaging with our audience, community and disadvantaged groups, especially young people and offenders, we are able to empower them to create their own artistic work and to help engage with society.

In partnership with Lancashire Probation Trust we have developed a new play 'Dramatic Change' by working with offenders to tell their stories to inform the public on their lives and the work of the trust. We are keen to tour and develop this project with partners to inform the general public and increase the number of offenders/ formers offenders we work with.

We are also a training company running training events especially specialising in interactive role play training for public sector and third sector organisations such as 'Home visit' training.

At Richmond Fellowship we have been championing recovery and social inclusion for more than 50 years and we are now one of the largest voluntary sector providers of mental health support across England. We work with more than 9,000 people every year across more than 120 localised services. These include specialist offender services and accommodation and community based services that enable individuals with forensic histories to change their lives. Our services ensure better mental health and wellbeing that leads to greater independence, self-awareness, confidence, self-worth, financial inclusion and positive participation in mainstream communities.
