Our organisation supports men leaving prison in the Hampshire area by providing accessible, evidence-based psychological interventions that help them adjust to life after custody. We offer one-to-one counselling, EMDR therapy for trauma, psychoeducation and skills-based groups that build emotional resilience, and mindfulness sessions that promote grounding and stress reduction. Our work focuses on improving mental wellbeing, strengthening coping strategies and reducing the risk of reoffending. By offering a safe, consistent therapeutic space, we help individuals develop the tools and confidence needed to rebuild their lives and engage positively with their communities.
