With training centres in 4 London prisons and one in the community in London, Bounce Back trains people in sought after construction industry skills. Offering an end to end solution from prison to employment we engage with participants 6 months prior to release to help them through their journey gaining skills and qualifications that can lead to employment on release either within our painting and decorating social enterprise or with a number of construction industry partners with whom they work. Their aim is to change lives and break the cycle of crime by training people in custody for employment and a positive future.

Anchor House has 119 rooms with ensuite and e-learning facilities and offers supported housing to homeless men and women aged 18 to 60 with a local connection to London Borough of Newham. We design, deliver and host an holistic range of life-skills and educational training courses for our resident population and the local community as well as innovative volunteering and placement opportunities using our TimeBank. We work closely with statutory agencies and other third sector organisations including the police (including BTP)and across the agencies represented on the London Borough of Newham Community Safety Partnership. Since 1885, Forces Employment Charity's aim has been to help those leaving and those who have left the Armed Forces to find and to remain in employment throughout their working lives. We aim to make the client 'Job Ready' by signposting them to bespoke support required using our Project Nova network of support and tracking this via our Nova Support team prior to finding them the right employment choice.
Project Nova is an early intervention scheme working in conjunction mainly with the Police and NHS dealing with Ex Military personnel who have been arrested or are on the periphery of doing so. Project Nova works with many partner organisations including HMPPS & CRCs and local authorities along with numerous military charities.

We also provide a free tailored job matching services for employers. We work with people aged 16 upwards across many disciplines, with focus on moving people closer to the jobs market.

LITC is a pioneering Social Enterprise providing Youth Citizenship, Volunteering and International exchange programmes, Sports and Development and Community Engagement projects, as well as a Apprenticeships to young people in a range of dynamic training qualifications. Notts YMCA has been serving its communities for 140 years. We currently run hostels in Nottingham and Mansfield, a dedicated health and fitness centre, two community cafes and two community centres. We engage over 2000 young people each year through a comprehensive youth programme.

To support young people and our hostel residents in their transition to long-term sustained independence, we own houses across Nottingham and Mansfield where they can put their life-skills into practise, and enjoy being part of a wider community. We have a dedicated Training Skills and Development Department, supporting our residents with quality employment and skills programmes both through outreach and in house delivery.

We offer intensive support to women with multiple and complex needs and who are involved in or vulnerable to street sex work. One25 reaches out to women trapped in street sex-work and supports them in breaking free and building new lives. The charity provides night outreach, afternoon drop-in with visiting professionals, lunch, hygiene facilities and a daily life-skills programme; plus eight caseworkers specialising in housing, drug treatment, criminal justice, mental health, and complex needs.We also run the Pause Bristol pilot, supporting women who have had 2 or more children removed into care.

Pecan is a Peckham based charity working to tackle the causes of poverty and multiple disadvantage. Within Pecan, the Southwark and Lewisham Women's Hubs provide support for women affected by the criminal justice system and experiencing complex needs. The hubs enable women to access 1:1 advocacy from a Women's Advocate, a safe space to access information and advice, as well as a programme of holistic activities which promote improved wellbeing and mental health. We work in partnership with probation, as well as other voluntary sector organisations providing support to women in the borough.

As an organisation, Pecan has been serving people through a variety of local projects for over 30 years.

POPS is a user-led organisation, supporting families through their contact with the criminal justice system (CJS) as a result of a loved one’s conviction.

POPS’ work:
 strengthens & rebuilds family ties
 creates safe spaces for families & under-represented communities to speak out about issues affecting them
 increases public awareness of the impact of the CJS
 advocates for changes in public policy & commissioning.

POPS provides:
 Family Support Services at 14 prisons across the North-West/Yorkshire/Leicestershire;
 Community-based support for women through the Farida Women’s Centre (Oldham);
 Community-based support for people on probation and their families (Wellbeing Service - Greater Manchester);
 Prison & community-based education programmes;
 Community-based interventions for prisoners from BAME backgrounds;
 Advocacy & support for under-represented communities.

RISE is an independent, Brighton-based registered charity that helps people affected by domestic abuse. We offer practical help ranging from direct advice to refuge accommodation for those whose lives are at risk.

Safer London is a leading London charity working with young Londoners and their families affected by violence and exploitation.
Through one to one intervention and targeted group work we’re supporting young Londoners to move onto the positive futures that they deserve. We put young Londoners at the centre of their support, focusing on them and their needs. By building strong, trusting relationships we gain an insight into their world, begin to understand what they need and together find the best ways to keep them safe.
Understanding that young Londoners’ lives are shaped by the world in which they live, we work not only with them and their families, but also their peer networks and directly within the community and the places where they live and spend their time.
With a footprint in every borough in London, we build trusting, professional partnerships to embed our approaches and work towards achieving our vision of a city that is safer for all the young Londoners who live here.

We provide direct support services within the community for ex-offenders, older people and people in debt. We work to support ex-offenders in the resettlement process, which includes offering supported housing and help with personal and practical development, with the aim of reducing the risk of reoffending.

We have a referral process and accept referrals from various statutory providers, voluntary sector providers and in person. All new referrals complete a referral form and risk assessment before being offered accommodation.


All clients take part in a support planning process. Each client has a support worker and regular reviews of the support plan take place. We use the outcome star to work with clients to help them to identify the various actions needed to address their journey to independent living away from offending.

All clients are able to access our training, volunteer mentoring scheme, opportunities for volunteering and our debt advice service.

Save the Family is a registered charity based in rural West Cheshire. We have been in existence for more than three decades and we provide a safe community environment combined with basic support to homeless and troubled families where safeguarding of both vulnerable children and adults is absolutely paramount.

The charity works with troubled families who have lost almost everything and are fighting that last battle – to keep their children from being taken into care.
Save the Family offer a last chance to these families by providing temporary
accommodation, along with basic support and access to training to help
them get back on their feet and move forward with confidence.
We are based on a purpose built, modern facility designed to accommodate families and individuals in a mixture of 26 cottages and apartments. We have a Children and Families’ Centre with a fully equipped sensory room, age specific play areas and a “mock home” where families can learn how to have fun together.

We provide residential rehabilitation for people with addiction problems as a primary issue. Clients very often have a secondary issue such as; mental health issue, offending behaviour, physical impairment, health imapairment, literacy impairment and so on. We work with men and women from 18yrs upwards. We provide simple detox facilities where necessary. We actively work with clients of differing backgrounds and religions. We also provide support housing incorporating a 'back to work' element, re-integration, after care and day care for the same client group. We also provide help and support for family members and friends. We take clients from all regions.

The overall aim of TWP is to address the complex, multiple needs that often lead women to offending, and in so doing to prevent offending and reduce reoffending. The ultimate aim is to help vulnerable women turn their lives around and address issues which are linked to offending or which place a woman at risk. TWP engages with and provides intensive support to clients; offering one-to-one and group work support, guidance, information and signposting. The aim being to raise aspirations, build confidence and self esteem, as well as providing access routes into participation, education, training and employment, housing and personal development.

Touchstone works with people and communities across West Yorkshire, delivering a wide range of mental health and wellbeing services in partnership with others. These include the Step Change programme to support offenders with mental health problems into work; the Community Support Team offering assertive outreach support to people with severe and enduring mental health problems and chaotic lives, and a project to support female offenders with mental health problems. We have also facilitated a peer support group for lifers in the community.
