As a key prison resettlement partner and part of the (NGSN) National Gambling Support Network we provide structured treatment, counselling, resettlement, housing support, education, training and employment guidance, as well as many other interventions to promote recovery and a healthier life.
We are a major provider of supported housing services in Bristol as a partner in the Homelessness Prevention Accommodation Pathways, and the Recovery Orientated Alcohol and Drugs Service (ROADS).

Ara has an extensive and expanding service providing counselling and support for people experiencing gambling problems and affected others.

CAIS is a registered charity and leading voluntary sector provider of personal support services in Wales. It helps people who are having problems with addictions, mental health, personal development and employment – as well as offering assistance and information to their families and friends. Its wide range of services includes residential treatment and rehabilitation, counselling, peer mentoring, supporting people in their homes, assisting people back into work or education, group work and other motivational interventions. CAIS can also offer a comprehensive range of training courses, together with training and support for employers. It is very active in the field of employment interventions including the development of our own social enterprises. CAIS is committed to working in partnership with others in keeping with the All Wales Strategy – Tackling Substance Misuse in Wales. All of its services aim to help people to recover from addiction and rebuild normal, productive lifestyles.

GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice, support and free counselling for the prevention and treatment of problem gambling. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for problem gamblers and their families, create awareness about responsible gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to responsible gambling within the gambling industry.

We work within the Criminal Justice System on specific projects. The National Gambling Helpline is also available in all prisons, with the calls not being included within prisoner call allowance and prisoners are able to receive telephone 121 interventions from any prison by appointment.

Grow Transform Belong CIC (GTB) is a visionary, values-driven Community Interest Company dedicated to transforming lives and systems through relational, evidence-informed practice. Rooted in the principles of growth, GTB seeks to reduce social harm and promote rehabilitation by reimagining correctional culture and empowering people with lived experience, practitioners, and communities alike. Through innovative initiatives such as the Growth Project and Justice 2.0, GTB fosters inclusive environments in prisons, schools, and communities, focusing on trust, connection, and personal development. Their work is driven by co-production, cultural transformation, and a relentless commitment to social justice.

The National Consortium of Social Enterprises (NCSE) is led by 3SC in partnership with Social Firms UK and Social Enterprise UK. The NCSE consists of hundreds of established or aspiring social enterprises across the UK. Our mission is to ‘improve the ability of the social enterprise sector to participate in the delivery of criminal justice and other public services, and increase its share in the actual delivery of such services’. The NCSE offers a single-point-of-contact approach, unprecedented flexibility and responsiveness in terms of scale, geography, services and specialist expertise and it positions us as a go-to-provider for all contracting needs where social enterprises can make a difference.

The Arukah Project CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company that aims to raise awareness of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma and how it impacts the lives of those who are in contact with the Justice System, Care experienced or have experienced addictions (alcohol, substance misuse). We have developed an emotional health and safety framework that includes education, sharing experience and practical learning of emotional freedom techniques (EFT). These highly effective self-help evidence-based tools act rapidly on the nervous system to support emotional regulation and we combine this the integration of trauma-informed practice.

- dedicated 1-to-1 interventions
- compassion fatigue/ resilient practitioner program for staff
- online and F2F community
- bereavement service
