We also help to engage some of the most vulnerable service users as they leave prison and also be involved in the daily support of children and/or adults, including those from hard-to-reach communities to engage and navigate through the Criminal Justice System.

Praxis works with vulnerable migrants, providing a wide range of assistance, skills training, employment support, interpreting services, and advice and guidance on a range of issues including rights and entitlements.

Facilitating art workshops for offenders, ex-offenders, youth at risk of offending, and socially excluded groups. These workshops have been ongoing in our local community for the last two years, working with refugees, Alzheimers support workers, a psychiatric unit and the probation service.

Pact is a pioneering national charity that supports prisoners, people with convictions, and their children and families. We provide caring and life-changing services at every stage of the criminal justice process: in court, in prison, on release, and in the community, based on a public health model of practice.

We work in more than 60 prisons and provide prison-based family engagement and social workers, Visitors’ Centres, visitor support, supervised play, catering, family activities, relationship and parenting education programmes, court and community family support, resettlement support and community-based mentoring and befriending programmes. Our volunteers and staff can be found in courts, prisons, probation services, and in communities across England & Wales.

We also run the HMPPS contracted national Prisoners' Families Helpline which can be reached seven days a week on 0808 808 2003.

With a focus on reducing reoffending and child protection, Prison Family Support (PFS) works in HMP Lewes facilitating prisoners' involvement in child related proceedings such as Child In Need conferences and adoption support. Support with making Child arrangements order applications is also available. Additionally, PFS provides activity and craft packs to the prisoners who are in contact with their children to enhance communication and strengthen relationships while in custody. We are engaged in partnership with Sussex Prisoners' Families (SPF) who also work towards reducing the impact imprisonment has on families and children. PFS also works alongside the Family Service provider at HMP Lewes to provide strong and comprehensive support for families.

Our mission is to show Christ’s love to people in prison by coming alongside them and supporting them. We seek, through prayer and practical care, to help, support and develop a Christian ministry to people in prison and their families.

We do this through our network of over 2,500 volunteers. We are currently ministering in almost all of the 120 prisons in England and Wales.

The PPT supports prisoners, ex-prisoners and prison staff in their spiritual lives through meditation, yoga, silence and the breath. We recommend breath-focussed stretches and meditation sensitively tailored to students' needs. To this end, we send free books and a CD to prisoners so they can start a practice in their cell, we have a team of specially trained volunteer letter writers who correspond with prisoners who want support in their practice; we offer taster workshops so prisons can judge if they want to include weekly yoga classes as part of their regimes; and we train qualified yoga teachers for the specific challenges of working in prison.

There are currently 143 weekly yoga and meditation classes in 75 institutions across the UK and Ireland. Most of these are prisons, though we also work in approved premises, IRCs and secure hospitals. 32 of these classes are for prison officers and staff.

We maintain contact with over 5,766 prisoners in 223 institutions.

The Prison Radio Association (PRA) aims to change the lives of serving prisoners through the power of radio.

An award-winning education charity, the PRA runs National Prison Radio (NPR) in partnership with the National Offender Management Service (NOMS). The service is available to prisoners across England and Wales via in-cell TV.

The PRA works closely with a number of specialist intervention agencies and partners in creating content for NPR that signposts its audience to services that support rehabilitation and resettlement.

The PRA also provides support, guidance and expertise to existing prison radio projects and advises prisons interested in setting up radio projects and radio training facilities.

The PRA was established as a charity in 2006 in response to a growing demand from prisons to engage in prison radio.

Prison Reading Groups helps to set up and run reading groups in prisons. It runs groups in over 40 prisons, providing funding for books and helping find volunteers. It also provides books for Family Visit Days. It is part of the charity Give a Book.

Since its inception in 1992, Prison SMART (Stress Management And Rehabilitation Training) has developed into a globally recognised program implemented in 50+ countries and has benefited more than 250.000 prisoners and staff. The prison program offers innovative and effective tools with multiple benefits, including reduced violence and aggression, improved physical and mental health, better relationships among prisoners and between prisoners and staff, reduced substance abuse, more positive outlook, and a general improved sense of wellbeing. It aims to break the cycle of violence and harmful behaviour (including self-harm) by working with the person in a holistic way (thoughts, emotions, body and behaviour. A variation of the program is also offered to staff working in prison in order to reduce stress, increase stress resilience, improve skills to deal with challenging situations and improve overall focus, health and job satisfaction.

We make it possible for volunteers in the community to write letters to prisoners, and to receive letters in return, and to do so in safety.

The Prisoners' Advice Service provides free legal advice and representation to adult prisoners in England and Wales regarding their rights, and regardless of the individual prisoners' means. PAS aims to educate and empower prisoners regarding the law and their legal and human rights.

Prodigal Bikes works with ex-offenders, children excluded from mainstream schools and the long-term unemployed. We overhaul and upgrade mountain bikes together. We provide workshop facilities, bikes and training to allow the people we work with to learn basic Engineering skills, with a view to them pursuing further training and gaining employment in this sector.
Most of overhauled bikes are then shipped to remote pats of Africa where they are given primarily to schools to allow children there to get to school more easily, giving them a better start in life. Bikes too complex for rural Africa are given to refugees here in Somerset.
We believe the sense of achievement in making a large difference to the lives of some very poor people in Africa will make a huge difference to the people we work with, helping them to beat the cycle of reoffending, and find better more sustainable lives for themselves.

Progressive Lifestyle Solutions is a Community Interest Company that specialises in the provision of housing and support services for adult males at risk of homelessness in the Liverpool area. Using an holistic, person-centred approach to helping service users back to independent living, we provide them with the necessary tools, skills and knowledge to make this sustainable.
We have a fully functional gymnasium and sauna facility, free of charge to all service users, which provides training and fitness programmes alongside our onsite fitness instructor and dietician. We also have a strategic partnership with a local college, who deliver "Skills for Life" courses from our I.T. Suite and Classroom.
Other services include Employability coaching, CV Writing, and provision of food products as part of our Salvage Membership with a local wholsaler.
We have our own portfolio of "move-on" properties, which enable service users to seamlessly revert to independent living when they are ready.

We operate a social enterprise household mill shop, recycling centre and 'unpaid work'/'conditional caution' supervision.

PRHA has provided housing & support since 1850, registering as a RSL in 1975. We support single homeless people, rough sleepers, those with mental health support needs, substance misuse issues, families, care leavers, older people and ex-offenders, delivering specialist services to some of the most socially excluded people in East London. We operate in the LB Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Islington & City of London. We provide a range of hostel accommodation, floating support, specialist services & general needs housing.
We have services specifically for people involved in the criminal justice system: Two mental health Link Worker projects (link people with mental health issues back into support), probation based housing advice service, a women's one-stop shop & a user-led peer support service. We coordinate a Community of Practice for frontline workers to discuss good practice in working with people with complex needs.

Family Impact for Prisoners’ Children at PSS, (Person Shaped Support) supports children with a parent in prison, or children whose parents have been in prison. Ours is a ‘whole family’ model. We provide: Advice on what to tell the children about the imprisonment, 1:1 support for children to discuss their feelings regarding contact and peer group support for children where they can meet others who share their experience. We work in partnership with schools, prisons, probation and social services. We take children on prison visits where there is no other suitable adult to do so. Parents, including both the parent/carer and the prisoner parent post-release, can join our Family Recovery Programme. Parents consider the impact imprisonment has had on the family and consider their parenting approach through our Nurturing Programme. Prisoner parents post-release are helped to reintegrate back to family and community life. We run an award winning support group for family members.
