Overview
Clinks supports voluntary organisations working across the South East and East of England to reduce reoffending and support people in contact with the criminal justice system. Spanning rural and urban communities—from Kent to Norfolk and Essex to Oxfordshire—this area includes some of the highest and lowest rates of reoffending in England. The voluntary sector’s presence is broad, tackling regional issues such as rural exclusion, housing shortages, and access to mental health services. Organisations play a vital role in resettlement, women’s services, youth justice, and substance misuse support.
