Clinks is a proud partner in the Q-Seed Leadership Programme! Last weekend, our CEO and Race and Justice Manager attended the inaugural Q-Seed residential for Founder Leaders in the criminal justice sector. The event, in partnership with Forward UK, Black Men for Change, Change Live Grow (CLG) and Coding Black Females, was a powerful gathering of organisations dedicated to fostering empowerment, resilience, and leadership within the CJS. We were excited to meet the Founder Leaders on the programme and explore the possibilities for the future.
Together, we discussed innovative strategies for driving social change, supporting new ideas, and advocating for justice and equality. It was a weekend of learning, collaboration, and envisioning a future where every voice is heard.
We’re excited to bring these insights back to our work and continue making a difference.
