The Making Every Adult Matter Coalition (MEAM), which Clinks is part of, is gathering case studies on how social action can help to drive better services for people with multiple needs. MEAM is responding to a call for evidence from the All Party Parliamentary Group on Complex Needs and Dual Diagnosis. We would like to send as many case study examples as possible.
