Latch is a unique charitable organisation that refurbishes derelict and run-down houses in the Chapeltown, Harehills and Burley areas of Leeds.

When they’re fully modernised and furnished, our properties provide supported housing for people who are homeless or in housing need and are ready to make a positive change in their lives.

Unemployed volunteers work on the refurbishments alongside Latch staff, gaining skills, confidence and work experience.

developmentplus is a community development charity based in Lincoln, It delivers a small number of 1-1 coaching and mentoring programmes including Bridging the Gap (BTG). BTG is a reducing re-offending project which supports men and women on release from prison into the Lincoln area providing an intensive mentoring service that covers all 9 pathways. It supports individuals with housing issues, benefit advise, relationship support, drug and alcohol support as well as many other areas. We address all issues at the same time and support individuals for as long as they need.

LAT provides resettlement and rehabilitation support for individuals involved at all stages of the criminal justice system from the point of arrest; as well as for their families and dependants.

The charity delivers ETE, housing, family support and resettlement interventions both in prisons and in the community. Specific interventions are offered for women. LAT works with all offence types, and has particular specialism in resettlement of men convicted of sexual offences.

LAT delivers a number of national programmes including Liaison and Diversion and CFO3, as well as local innovations such as Young Oasis which helps children living with a parent or guardian with a drug or alcohol addiction. LAT also introduced the 'departure lounge' concept to prison, starting UK's first one at HMP Lincoln in 2015.

Volunteers are a key aspect of support, and individuals including peers, are recruited and trained for various volunteering and mentoring roles.

We are primarly an Advice and Advocacy organisation that provides specialist advice in the areas of Debt, welfare benefits, employment and housing. We also have specialist projects assisting individuals with learning difficulties, mental health issues, forces families and those with life limiting conditions. We in addition are part of partnership with all CAB's in North Yorkshire, Foundation Housing, Mencap and Local Advocacy services. We have provide regular advice services to the local prison and continue to have a strong relationship with support agencies in our area.

Nepacs is a north of England charity which aims to promote a positive future for people who have been affected by adverse situations in their lives. They work with families, young people and children, as well as those affected by the criminal justice or care systems.
In the north east of England Nepacs staff and volunteers offer a range of services including prison visitors' centres and tea bars, play sessions for prisoners' children, youth projects, specialist family support, parenting and relationship programmes and support within the Teesside courts, Newcastle and Durham Crown Courts. In our visitors centres our teams support first time visitors and our departure lounges help prisoners and their families to prepare for release.
Nepacs also offers training for individuals working with children or families inc Hidden Sentence training or awareness sessions, care leaver awareness and parental rights training etc

St Georges Crypt is a Christian Charity which has been based in the heart of Leeds since 1930. We provide practical care and support to homeless, disadvantaged and vulnerable adults, regardless of their race, religion or circumstances.
Our main services include providing a hot meal to approx 70 people, an overnight care centre with 15 bedrooms and up to 20 temporary beds. Resettlement to move people on into their own accommodation. Two residential projects - Faith Lodge which is a place of recovery and Regent Terrace for dependant drinkers.
Nurture is our social enterprise providing professional catering, we offer service users, ROTL and ex-offenders the opportunity to gain experience, achieve qualifications and possible employment. To date we have found employment in our organisation for 12 people from prison and 2 from Probation. On October 2014 Nurture won the award for Employer of Offenders 2014. We are hoping that winning the award will help us secure funding.

Founded in 2006 by Pallant House Gallery (and still based at the Gallery in Chichester), Outside In aims to provide opportunities for artists with a desire to create who see themselves as facing a barrier to the art world for reasons including health, disability or social circumstance. The goal of the project is to create a fairer art world which rejects traditional values and institutional judgements about whose work can and should be displayed. Since its inception, Outside In has engaged more than 5,000 artists traditionally excluded from the mainstream art world, 170,000 audience members and 80 partner organisations nationally. We have held over 30 exhibitions and currently support 2,000 artists. Additionally, Outside In is now able to offer an increasingly international platform for the artists it supports, having taken part in the 2014 Paris Outsider Art Fair, and being on the board of the European Outsider Art Association.

P3's main aim is to give people the practical skills and self esteem that they need to sustain an independent and self sufficient lifestyle by providing opportunities and support to help vulnerable people move from social exclusion to inclusion.

P3 offers successful and lasting routes out of social exclusion and homelessness by operating a variety of effective services to help to overcome the challenges that the public sector can no longer tackle alone in creating positive outcomes to people at real risk of social exclusion.

We've been around for over 30 years, working in some of the most deprived areas of the UK with some of the most at risk groups in our society, helping them to rebuild their lives. And we're pretty good at it too. We support hundreds of people every day to take control of their lives and move towards social inclusion and healthy positive lifestyles.

We operate a social enterprise household mill shop, recycling centre and 'unpaid work'/'conditional caution' supervision.

Remedi is a restorative justice organisation delivering restorative interventions to youth and adult offenders, including victim-offender mediation, mentoring, victim awareness training and victim advocacy and support. We also deliver restorative approaches in schools and train other professionals in restorative practice.

Restorative Solutions is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to enabling the use of innovative restorative approaches as a practical and cost-effective intervention for reducing harm or conflict.
We introduce restorative practices to organisations, volunteers and front line workers who are looking for a proven and worthwhile alternative to existing conventional approaches to reducing conflict, disputes, anti-social behaviour, bullying, crime and re-offending. We deliver bespoke, commissioned Restorative Justice services to organisations.

Sheffield Mind is a mental health charity offering a range of services that support mental wellbeing across all communities in Sheffield.

We have been delivering mental health services in the city for over 40 years. We're proud to have been able to source funding and work with partners to maintain provision of free services despite a changing landscape and much greater competition for available financial resources.

We work with adults over the age of eighteen and provide a range of services to address multiple and complex mental health needs.

We have previously worked under contract to a community rehabilitation company providing therapeutic services to custody leavers.

Smart Works Charity dresses and trains unemployed women for success at their job interview. Every woman who comes to Smart Works receives a complete outfit of clothes and accessories (hers to keep) and one to one interview coaching. This works - in the last 12 months, 60% of the women we could contact went on to succeed at interview. Once a woman has a job, we also invite her back to give her a working wardrobe for her return to work.

All the clothes in our beautiful wardrobe are donated from individuals or retailers, and all our service is delivered by skilled volunteers who regularly give up their time to help style and coach our clients.

This year we will help over 3000 women from our 7 locations across the UK - North and West London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Reading and Newcastle. It is out mission to take this fantastic service to as many women as possible, whilst maintaining the impact and quality of our service.

Tempus Novo challenges conventional methods of rehabilitation by matching offenders willing to change to businesses who are looking for hard working and loyal employees. Managed by prison officers who have a thorough understanding of both the criminal justice system and business we are able to find sustainable employment, and support the offender for up to 12 months beyond the prison gate.
Our ability to risk assess offenders using detailed information means we take the headache out of recruitment for those businesses we engage with.

The Growth Company is an award winning not for profit social enterprise, with a mission to enable growth, create jobs and improve lives. We are a leading provider of education, skills, employment, youth and offender rehabilitation support. The Growth Company have been delivering justice projects in custody and the community since 1997. We are currently one of the biggest providers of justice services in the North of England.

As a key delivery partner for the Ministry of Justice, with contracts across Yorkshire and the Humber and the North West. We work with people serving custodial or community sentences, to support their rehabilitation, reduce reoffending and to reintegrate into their communities. We do this, by supporting people to improve their wellbeing and resilience, to build positive relationships, to resolve finance benefit and debt concerns, to improve their confidence and self esteem, to learn new skills, to move into employment and to make better choices.

We are a long-established charity, started 20 years ago. We principally work with young people to educate and inform them about the dangers of criminal behaviour and stage multi-agency crime and safety awareness days in secondary schools.
We also take offenders, released on licence to these days and have employed offenders and ex-offenders to deliver workshops in schools which has given them a purpose in life and assisted with their rehabilitation.

The aim of The Riverside Group is to transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods. We view support in an integrated way across the services that provide the support people who are homeless need. People who are homeless often have complex needs crossing mental health, substance misuse, criminal justice and social care responsibilities. We will not stop people falling through the gaps into homelessness if we continue to only meet these needs through homeless specific services.

The overall aim of TWP is to address the complex, multiple needs that often lead women to offending, and in so doing to prevent offending and reduce reoffending. The ultimate aim is to help vulnerable women turn their lives around and address issues which are linked to offending or which place a woman at risk. TWP engages with and provides intensive support to clients; offering one-to-one and group work support, guidance, information and signposting. The aim being to raise aspirations, build confidence and self esteem, as well as providing access routes into participation, education, training and employment, housing and personal development.

WYCCP helps to reduce re-conviction rates among prisoners leaving HMP Leeds who are returning to West Yorkshire. A team of specialist resettlement workers support the men pre- and post- release. Our volunteer programme recruits and trains volunteer link workers to support ex-offenders, help them resettle in their communities and move towards crime-free lives.
