developmentplus is a community development charity based in Lincoln, It delivers a small number of 1-1 coaching and mentoring programmes including Bridging the Gap (BTG). BTG is a reducing re-offending project which supports men and women on release from prison into the Lincoln area providing an intensive mentoring service that covers all 9 pathways. It supports individuals with housing issues, benefit advise, relationship support, drug and alcohol support as well as many other areas. We address all issues at the same time and support individuals for as long as they need.
