A whole-system, gender-responsive approach.
This two-part entry-level workshop is designed for frontline staff or volunteers who are new to your organisation and want to increase their understanding of women's experiences of the criminal justice system.
The course develops knowledge of women's gendered experience and raises awareness of the whole system approach.

- Prevention and diversion.
- Community supervision.
- Custody.
- Resettlement.
Delivered online across two consecutive days:
- Part one: 2 hours
- Part two: 3 hours
Eligibility
To attend this workshop, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Work or volunteer for a voluntary organisation currently delivering fully established services designed for women.
- Have a role in a women-specific organisation or a project designed specifically for women.
