Back on Track is a Manchester charity that enables people experiencing disadvantage to make lasting, positive changes in their lives. 

We run a learning centre for adults going through a process of recovery or rehabilitation, having experienced problems with alcohol, drugs, offending, mental health or homelessness.

Our café and training kitchen are at the heart of Back on Track's learning centre offering a welcoming space where people come together to share a meal, learn new skills and feel part of a community.

We're looking for a kind, organised and energetic Café Operations Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our café. 

You'll prepare and serve fresh food, provide excellent customer service, support volunteers and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

We're looking for someone with experience in catering who enjoys working with people and shares our values.
