WRNA Themis Support
The Nelson Trust are an award‑winning charity with 40 years’ experience supporting people to recover from addiction, trauma, and multiple unmet needs.
As we expand the WRNA programme nationally, we’re looking for a WRNA Themis Support Specialist to help women’s centres confidently and consistently use our Themis Case Management System (CMS).
This role supports the technical onboarding, data quality, and performance monitoring of the Themis CMS.
You’ll ensure centres are data‑ready, confident using the system, and meeting WRNA quality standards.
This is not an IT helpdesk role, it’s a service‑focused position working closely with practitioners, managers, and partners.
Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
Salary: £30,000 (FTE) per annum pro rata
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, with the need to travel nationally
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and configuration of the Themis CMS.
- Support user access, permissions and system readiness.
- Monitor data quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
- Support compliance with data protection and information governance.
- Contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement.
About You
- Experience with CRM or case management systems in service delivery.
- Strong understanding of data quality and performance monitoring.
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
- Experienced in digital/system change and onboarding.
- Highly organised, calm, and solutions‑focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Car driver with a full licence and willingness to travel nationally.
