Visits Services Team Leader

Nepacs has been supporting people affected by the criminal justice system for over 140 years. We’re now recruiting a Team Leader to oversee the delivery of our vital visits’ services at HMP Durham.

We’re looking for someone with strong team leadership and organisational skills, experience working in a busy, customer-focused or support environment, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives.

This post is subject to Prison Service vetting, an enhanced DBS and pre-employment checks.
