IT Technician 25/20
Until now we have fully outsourced our IT provision to a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
However, to improve value for money and responsiveness, we are looking to recruit an internal IT Technician to strengthen our capabilities and complement our reliance on third-party support.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our charity, resolving technical issues locally and remotely, and helping us to regain control over our IT environment.
You will work closely with our MSP as and when required.
You will have the opportunity to help improve efficiency within our Charity and save vital funds for our frontline services.

Driver: A full clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle, insured for business use, are essential.
Based in: Liverpool – office-based with attendance at sites as and when required, including Merseyside, Lancashire & Greater Manchester

The Role
If you have the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:
- Proven experience in an IT Support position.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.).
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, etc.)
- Some experience of supporting with system enhancements and data reporting would be desirable
- User-focused, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised and methodical
- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
