Natalie has volunteered and worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years. She has a real passion for supporting those facing multiple disadvantage. Natalie joined Clinks on secondment in 2013 to develop a criminal justice network in the North East and helping local areas create lasting change for those facing multiple disadvantage via the Making Every Adult Matter Coalition. Her role expanded to cover the North in 2022, as well as providing sector support around probation commissioning. In 2023 Natalie took up a new position as Senior Development Officer - North and Families. Natalie provides support to organisations working in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber, North West and Greater Manchester as well as working with organisations providing support to families and significant others involved in the criminal justice system.
Natalie has in-depth knowledge of the needs of the sector having worked for local, regional and national infrastructure organisations. Natalie can build strong relationships across sectors and uses her skills and knowledge to advocate for voluntary sector involvement in policy and practice.
