Olivia joined Clinks in June 2022 as Senior Policy Officer, working to keep members informed about, and engaged in, the development of criminal justice policy. Olivia also sits on the Board of Trustees at charity, Rights of Women. She was previously the Policy and Research Officer at Working Chance, where she advocated for changes to policy to improve rehabilitation and employment outcomes for women with convictions.
Olivia began her career in Cambodia, where she scrutinised prison conditions and advocated for women’s rights. In Phnom Penh, she co-founded the city’s first feminist film festival, and lectured in law at the Royal University of Law and Economics. Olivia has written for the annual Monument Fellowship book on criminal justice, and for gal-dem magazine. While studying law, she coached debating in London’s prisons.
