Joni joined the Clinks team in December 2020 to manage all areas of governance and in April 2022 became Clinks Business Manager leading the HR, finance and fundraising teams. Joni has a law degree and a career background in administration as well as managing projects in prisons and working alongside probation services. Joni stands by a people first approach and has a passionate interest in seeing positive change within the criminal justice system at every stage.
Joni is currently developing her financial acumen and exploring income generation diversification.
