Notes from Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group (RR3) meeting

Minutes from the Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group (RR3) quarterly meeting, June 2020. The RR3 is a formal voluntary sector advisory group to the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS), consisting of 16 senior voluntary sector leaders. The group is chaired and coordinated by Clinks.

The group were joined by Lucy Frazer QC MP, Minister of State at the Ministry of Justice, and senior officials from the MoJ and HMPPS to discuss the launch of the probation Dynamic Framework and the recent decision to cancel the commissioning of Probation Delivery Partners.
