NCVO response to consultation on UK transposition of new EU procurement directives

Clinks has contributed to NCVO's response to the government's consultation on the UK transposition of new EU procurement directives. The response says that many of the problems associated with commissioning and procurement relate to poor decision-making, misplaced organisational priorities and risk averse behaviour.
