Clinks provided a response to the Justice Committee inquiry on the future prison population and estate capacity. We welcome this opportunity to respond to the Committee and its interest in the future of the prison population and estate capacity. Clinks’ response is informed by ongoing consultation with the criminal justice voluntary sector, as well as our experience of supporting the voluntary sector working in both prisons and the community.
