Coming Home Project
We run peer support circles with groups of 10-15 vulnerable and marginalised women who have recently (6-weeks – 6months_ been released out of prison in the North of England. The core goals are to support them to reconnect with others, especially those who will understand their journey to some degree, rebuild their lives and reintegrate into their community as well as access meaningful well paid work – not just at the bottom of the pile. We help women take themselves, their skills and their future lives seriously, whilst side design tailored training and support to fast track routes back to work alongside lobby employers and give them routes to deliver inclusive recruitment strategies.
Additionally we have begun to expand a series of piloted digital courses developed with and for ex-offenders (although relevant content to anyone). The 4 week courses
