Join ClinksSwitch Up provides life changing support to young people who have had Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma. We especially support young people from BAME communities, and those affected by crime and violence, and those who other agencies find hard to reach.
Our mentors and coaches, as well as founder and CEO Marcellus Baz, have lived experience of the issues we want to overcome. “Baz” was a gang member who turned his life around, being honoured with a British Empire Medal in 2016 by HRH The Queen and was named the Unsung Hero of the Year at the Sports Personality of the Year awards. Under Baz’s leadership, the organisation has achieved phenomenal outcomes resulting in him becoming an advisor for the Home Office and meeting the Home Secretary about the Switch Up model.
