Join ClinksOur advocacy service advocates in the best interests of homeless and ex-offender's children (the highest risk group). We represent the best interests of their children in Court, housing applications and in family mediation. We write reports on risks and outcomes based on consultation with parents, solicitors, probation, third sector or Social Workers. We either write or attend Family Court or Youth Court as expert witnesses on Rights and risks of abuse and criminalisation to Children and Young People who become involved in the criminal justice system.
We need to form partnerships with accommodation providers and resettlement services for individuals and families with children at risk or young people under threat from others in their current location
