Join ClinksCohort 4 is a not for profit social enterprise supporting women survivors in the community of North Warwickshire and Tamworth. Our projects are designed by, planned and delivered by women survivors with a self supporting function of peer mentoring, coaching and motivating women to develop their confidence, skills and self esteem on surviving abuse.
All our projects are designed by our women, who know what they need to improve their lives. Jewellery making, craft and cooking, training, skills and opportunities. We have a bespoke peer mentoring for women training package and survivors are encouraged to train to become peer mentors to other women, thereby increasing the scope to reach out to more women.
Many of our Cohort 4 Women join us who have been affected by the criminal justice system, those with disabilities, including mental health issues, those with limited finances and those who just feel isolated and want the company and positive friendship of other women.

Supporting information
Cohort 4 is a non profit social enterprise organisation, three ex probation officers have joined together with other women to offer considerable experience, knowledge and skills to the community where we live. Our mission is to provide life enhancing interventions to individuals who suffer from abusive relationships themselves or who survive their experiences.
Our vision is of a community where all families are free from the fear of domestic abuse and free from discrimination and disadvantage. This includes: women, children, and men.
There are times in life, when problems can seem too overwhelming to manage, we aim to assist individuals to cope with whatever life throws at us in the company and with support of Women Supporting Women. It is a powerful approach, it works for us.
