Join ClinksChance for Change is committed to enabling young adults to take responsibility for their future direction. We create opportunities that enable them to begin a journey of personal development in wilderness environments to broaden their horizons, realise their talents and acquire new skills which will give them the potential to take their place as the community leaders of the future. We put the focus on strengths not weaknesses; on assets not deficits and invest in young talent. As well as working in the UK, we also deliver programmes for marginalised communities in Nepal and Malawi.

Statement of Support from David Sanderson of The Rank Foundation
“The Rank Foundation is currently supporting Chance for Change with a contribution to core costs as well as supporting the UK pilot programme working with the Mayday Trust.
Rank had worked closely with the CEO, Greg Barton and Andy Ashworth, during their time with Venture Trust in Scotland. Their work had helped to pioneer programmes that used the outdoors as a medium to deliver a highly effective and well structured catalyst for change, inspiring people of all ages to think differently about the choices they make.
