Join ClinksLlamau is Wales leading homelessness organisation, working with homeless young people and vulnerable people across Wales. We provide supported accommodation, family mediation, training and employability and a range of gender specific services. We work with young people who have offended, care leavers, victims of abuse, vulnerable women, children and families as well as other marginalised groups with complex needs. We also have a resettlement project, providing resettlement broker coordinators to North and Southern Wales in order to help facilitate effective resettlement of young people who are in custody, or who have resettlement needs. This project has established several Reintegration and Resettlement Partnerships across Wales.
