Join ClinksOur organisation is a Consortia of 10 local partner organisations in Greater Manchester and Cheshire who have come together as an independent legally constituted community Interest Company supported by NOMS Technical Assistance and who are able to offer end to end services to customers incorporating individual specialisms that offer support and solutions to barriers to progression.
The Consortia members range in size from a sole trader to a National Charity and represent the public, private and VCSE sectors.
The objective for change2progress is to carry out activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to develop and provide a range of progression routeways into active citizenship (including employment) for offenders and other marginalised individuals. The company’s activities will provide benefit to marginalised individuals and their families, including NEET’s offenders, ex-offenders and those at risk of offending in the North of England.
