Social Enterprise Acumen CIC

We bring a mix of expertise that includes the delivery of employability and skills contracts, supporting the development of business start ups, management of funding programmes such as ESF and ERDF, bid writing and community development. We work with range of partners including public sector, social housing, national/ regional charities, individuals and local community organisations. We are directly involved with third sector organisations, delivering capacity building activities in order to improve their contract readiness and public sector procurement or supply chain opportunities. We are skilled facilitators, having developed and led multi agency partnerships at a community/ local level.We are lead partner for the North East regional NOMS Capacity Building Consortium, with approximately 20 members ranging from national partners such as User Voice, large regional charities such as ACTES to social enterprises such as BRIC.
