Join ClinksChoice for Change provides an unplanned-pregnancy advisory service and counselling support for pregnancy and child loss including child separation support. This service is available currently in two women's prisons, HMP Bronzefield and HMP Downview. The organisation also provides the 'I AM Project', a relationships and sexual health education course for offenders, ex-offenders and other vulnerable groups. We work closely with other psychological therapies within the prisons and other voluntary and statutory agencies.

Supporting information
Providing outcomes evidence for counselling interventions is acknowledged to be difficult. We currently do not have capacity to run outcomes studies on our work but would welcome anyone interested in undertaking a Masters thesis on the subject for example. In the meantime we employ the usual monitoring and evaluation techniques utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. These demonstrate significant immediate gains for our clients by the end of therapy but as yet we have no long term outcomes data due to the difficulties of following up clients post-release.
