Join ClinksSocial Justice Solutions (SJS) is passionate about challenging poverty and inequality. We work with like-minded organisations to create innovative solutions to social problems. We provide consultancy, business support, training and research that reduces crime and social exclusion. We share the values of the voluntary sector and support Clinks' aims. We have successfully supported many small voluntary organisations to secure grant funding by targeting appropriate funding sources and writing strong funding applications. We are interested in helping to develop an evidence base showing the impact of voluntary sector work to reduce crime and we do this in partnership with research specialists, such as the Hallam Centre for Community Justice at Sheffield Hallam University. We are currently involved in a number of evaluation projects commissioned by the Ministry of Justice and others.

Supporting information
SJS has worked with a large number of voluntary organisations to help them build sustainability through strategic planning and bid-writing support. SJS offers consultancy support, research and evaluation to help organisations demonstrate impact in reducing re-offending. We also provide training for volunteers and frontline staff to develop their understanding and skills in working effectively with offenders. We tailor our approaches to suit individual needs and work with large and small organisations. The first two reports listed are examples of work we have carried out in partnership with Clinks. The third report was carried out independently by SJS, commissioned by the Cascade Foundation.
