Supporting information
Nepacs conducts an annual survey which evidences consistently high levels of 'consumer satisfaction' and we receive positive feedback through cards, letters and comments from our users. Prison inspectorate reports are also universally positive about the work that we do - and we have achieved the 'Investors in People' award.
As an organisation we take pride in always ‘going the extra mile’ for people and we have a solid team of staff and volunteers who are committed to Nepacs’ values and are motivated by making a positive difference to people’s lives. We come from a range of backgrounds, but have built up a high level of expertise in partnership work with the prison and probation service, and are unique as a VCS organisation in having a significant presence at every NE establishment.
Our values are:
• Welcoming
• Respectful
• Supportive
• Positive
• Trustworthy
