Supporting information
We have a good track record of working in partner-ship with commissioners, statutory and voluntary organisations. We recognise this is the best way to deliver quality services. These partnerships cover all aspects of service delivery:
Strategic and policy level - these involve contributing to local planning and policy processes eg our participation in SP and DAT treatment meeting
Informal partnerships - these involve working positively with different agencies to deliver seamless services eg
Contractual arrangements - most commonly these include contracts with Housing Associations and jointly delivered services eg our partnership with Blenheim CDP and SLAM to jointly deliver a Lewisham wide crack service.
