Join ClinksSefton CVS work in partnership with HMP Liverpool in Merseyside. Sefton CVS act as a strategic partner within HMP Liverpool to broker partnerships with a range of local Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector organisations. Sefton CVS staff help to link the prison's to local services and support which help meet the Health & Social Care needs of offenders being released into the local area. Co-ordinating this creative, innovative approach aims to enhance offender resettlement and reduce the risk of re-offending, enhancing statutory and VCFSE Sector partnership working.
