The programme is outstandingly successful. From 2010 to 2013 we succeeded in:-
• Engaging 702 young ex-offenders and offering information, advice and guidance on careers and employability. This exceeded targets by 48%.
• The placement of 189 young people into education, training and employment opportunities, exceeding targets by 37%.
• Helping 167 young people achieve their CSCS card. This work was additional to set targets.
• Briefing 392 employers about the benefits of employing ex-offenders, exceeding targets by 38%.
• Development of a network of 97 committed employers across England and Wales.
