• Mentoring & Coaching – One-to-one support from experienced mentors who understand the challenges and can guide participants toward their goals.
• Employer Partnerships – Helping businesses recruit motivated candidates, while providing advice on inclusive hiring practices.
• Community Reintegration Support – Practical help with housing, benefits, and wellbeing, to ensure sustainable outcomes.
