Fearless Youth Association (FYA) support young people through active engagement, supporting them to refrain from youth and gang violence, tackling knife crime while supporting them to become active, responsible, confident and mindful citizens. FYA offers young people who are not in education, employment or training the opportunity to feel a sense of belonging, come together, learn from other young people, and build confidence and skills that can keep them away from violence on the streets.

Our core work is in:
*Knife crime training
*Digital media and IT skills training - including music, graphic design, broadcasting, IT skills etc
*Mental health and wellbeing projects including
*Training and employment in Building and construction, Business Admin, Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare
*Farm and Outdoor programmes
