We advocate and listen to all individuals and agencies to negotiate better outcomes for all stakeholders. We are independent are not influenced by one sector rather we look to build strong relationships with all partners in society.
Individualised Support
Meeting our clients needs through Personalised Action Plan tailored to meet the long term needs of the individual. Providing staged interventions that are manageable.
Welfare Referrals
To work with Charities, Organisations and Agencies to provide access to basic needs and essential items to those without.
Group Support
Meeting with multi disciplinary teams to best meet there aims and provide better outcomes for the some of the North Easts underrepresented.
