As part of our manifesto blog series, we have published a guest blog by David Dunn from Release Mates exploring the challenges people face in the first hours and days after leaving prison.
Drawing on lived experience, the blog highlights why effective resettlement support must begin before release and continue into the community. The blog looks at the practical help people need when leaving prison, and why having someone they trust to turn to can make such a difference.

We have published a new blog reflecting on September’s London Criminal Justice Forum, which brought together voluntary sector organisations and representatives from London Probation.
