The webinar will provide a synopsis of the evolving campaign architecture and offer an opportunity to understand how VCSEs can partner with FCBA for outsized impact.

The focus for the session is to provide a strategic overview for the Unite 1K campaign and introduce some of the core partners, sponsors and wider stakeholders. FCBA will also cover what shared success looks like and their ambitions, as well as the collective role FCBA can play together in enabling fair access to good work and strengthening employment pathways for people with criminal records.
Technology Enhanced Support and Charter Adoption:
Showcasing the newly co-created FCBA / Accenture platform which supports fair chance candidates, houses a directory of VCSE service providers, and offers employers the resources to embed truly inclusive recruitment and progression practices at scale.
Scaling Fair Chances:
A summary of the Fair Chance Charter Mark as their common and scalable accreditation for employers, supporting consistent, ethical and sustainable employment for people with criminal records.
Centrality of VCSEs:
Exploring how VCSE organisations are central to this national movement for change and how together we can remove barriers to those too often furthest from the workforce, significantly improving employment outcomes for people impacted by the criminal justice system. Hearing from Clinks' CEO Anne Fox of an exciting development for VCSEs.
