AGM proxy

Our AGM offers a great opportunity to network and for you to comment on Clinks’ work and our priorities for the year ahead. The AGM allows us to carry out business vital to our work, including electing trustees. You can find details of the current trustees here.

Clinks members have the right to appoint a proxy to exercise their rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM. Appointment of a proxy must be made using the proxy form. The completed form must be emailed back to business@clinks.org to arrive no later than 17:00 on Tuesday 9 December.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DECEMBER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Clinks will be held online on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 12:00 - 13:00 to transact the following business:

Ordinary Resolutions:

1. That the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 3 December 2024 be adopted as a true record of the meeting.

2. That the audited Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 for Clinks be received and adopted.

3. That the following individual is re-elected as a trustee of Clinks in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association.

4. That the following individual is re-elected as a trustee of Clinks in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association.
