AGM proxy
Our AGM is always a well-attended and lively event, offering a great opportunity to network and for you to comment on Clinks’ work and our priorities for the year ahead. The AGM allows us to carry out business vital to our work, including electing trustees. You can find details of the current trustees here.
Clinks members have the right to appoint a proxy to exercise their rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM. Appointment of a proxy must be made using the proxy form. The completed form must be emailed back to business@clinks.org to arrive no later than 5:00pm , Monday 2 December.

If you are a Clinks member and are unable to make it for the annual conference but would like to attend the AGM and drinks reception, you are welcome to do so, and this will be free of charge. Please email events@clinks.org to register your interest by the end of Tuesday 26 November to receive an email confirmation to enable access on the day. Arrivals will be from 3:40pm with a prompt 3:50pm start for the AGM.
If you are an unfunded organisation and would like to attend the AGM but would find transport costs prohibitive, then please contact us.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DECEMBER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Clinks will be held in-person on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 at 3.50pm at Resource for London to transact the following business:
Ordinary Resolutions:
- That the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 7th November 2023 be adopted as a true record of the meeting.
- That the audited Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 for Clinks be received and adopted.
- That the following individual is elected as a trustee of Clinks in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association.
- Mandy Mahil - Chair of the Board of Trustees
- That the following individual is elected as a trustee of Clinks in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association.
- Olivia Patten
- That the following individual is elected as a trustee of Clinks in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association.
- Iona Macmillan-Douglas
