Q-SEED leadership program
Do you lead a medium-sized organisation for Black and Global Majority?
A new leadership development programme has been launched. Q-SEED has been formed to provide leadership development for Black and Global Majority leaders in the criminal justice sector.
A ground-breaking partnership created Q-SEED. This partnership saw six organisations join together to create real change in the sector, it included Black Men 4 Change, Foundation for Women’s Health Research and Development (FORWARD), Change Grow Live (CGL), Clinks and Coding Black Females.
This initiative acknowledges the resistance to change the criminal justice system and seeks to challenge and transform leadership and the status quo.
