Training: building a broader income base
10th June | online | free
Aimed at senior executives of small voluntary organisations supporting women, this one-day course supports participants to develop their understanding of the different types of income available to them, and how to make strategic decisions about which to pursue, in line with their organisational strategy and their values. With a range of group discussions and trainer led exercises, participants are introduced to a number of tools and concepts and supported to understand how these can apply to their organisations.
The Ministry of Justice has funded places on this training for small, specialist women’s organisations that offer support to those in the criminal justice system.

Training: writing successful funding bids
17th June | online| free
This training is aimed at those with responsibility for writing funding bids in small voluntary organisations supporting women. It provides insights from the point of view of an assessor and includes an exercise in scoring a funding bid, so that you can develop an increased understanding of how to make your own bid successful. This interactive and engaging online session will allow you to learn how to make your funding application stand out from the crowd.

Women's network forum
23rd June | online | free, members only
Our quarterly women’s networking forums, hosted in partnership with Agenda, provide support, information and networking opportunities to those working with women in contact with the criminal justice system. They provide updates on policy, member activity and host speakers on relevant topics.
Please note that the women’s network forums are only open to voluntary organisations who already provide a specialist service or project for women in contact with the criminal justice system.

Theory of change: The what, why and how
1st July | online | free
This webinar gives an overview of what a theory of change is, and explores how the model can help small organisations in developing strategy, fundraising, measuring impact and communicating their work internally and externally. This short session is aimed at leaders and managers in smaller organisations, and will offer information on how to make a start on your own theory of change, and where to get more support and guidance to do so.
