The Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Cymru Women’s Pathfinder was established in 2013, with the aim of improving outcomes relating to women coming into contact with the criminal justice system in Wales by designing and delivering a women-specific, integrated, multi-agency approach.

The Women’s Pathfinder Team are now looking to develop a business case to explore the potential for a collaboratively commissioned service delivery model for women who come into contact with the criminal justice system in Wales.
