The Department of Health are working with the Ministry of Justice on a new programme to increase the use of mental health, drug, and alcohol treatment requirements. To support this work, they would like to hear your feedback on CSTRs. This Clinks consultation event is open to anyone with lived experience of mental health or substance misuse problems and contact with the criminal justice system; family members; and voluntary sector representatives. Share your views about:
- Do Community Sentence Treatment Requirements work for people with mental health, drug and/or alcohol treatment needs?
- What works well, and what are the barriers to effective treatment?
