We are delighted to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM is always a well-attended and lively event, offering you a great opportunity to network and comment on our work and priorities for the year ahead. We are pleased to announce that David Lammy MP will be our keynote speaker this year.
The AGM allows us to carry out business vital to our work, including electing trustees and appointing auditors. The event will be followed by a drinks reception where you can network with fellow members, policy makers and funders.
A provisional agenda and formal notice, including details of the resolutions to be put to the AGM can be found in our AGM Formal Notice & Agenda. You can also find a copy of our latest Financial Accounts, which we will put to the AGM for approval and a copy of the minutes of the last meeting here.
The AGM allows us to carry out business vital to our work, including electing trustees. We have a number of people putting themselves forward for either election or re-election. You can find some brief biographical of the current Management Committee here.
Clinks’ Members have the right to appoint a proxy to exercise their rights to attend, speak and vote at the AGM. Appointment of a proxy must be in writing using the proxy form below. The written proxy must be emailed back to events@clinks.org or by posting it to the address above to arrive no later than Friday 27 October 201
You can book here or you can email the reply form to events@clinks.org or post it to Tavis House, 1 - 6 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9NA.
If you are an unfunded organisation and would like to attend the AGM but would find transport costs prohibitive, please contact us.
We look forward to welcoming you at the event.
