From 1 August 2018, changes to the ‘automatic disqualification’ rules mean that there will be more restrictions on who can run a charity, particularly affecting trustees and certain senior managers, such as CEOs and Chief Finance Officers.
This half day workshop will provide you with the information your organisation needs to prepare for the changes to the rules.
Organisations need to act now to update their recruitment processes to reflect the new rules and understand how they can support anyone involved in the organisation, who will be affected, to apply for a waiver in advance of the changes.
This workshop will be delivered by Unlock and is based on their guide 'Leading Charities with Conviction', and simple easy to use tools which Clinks has supported them to develop.
